Bootcamp participants will be challenged each day with a fun but intense and effective workout.  In the winter months we hold bootcamp in our fitness studio.  In warm weather, we sometimes take it outside for an awesome outdoor fitness experience.

Workouts can consist of jumping jacks, pushups, sit ups, jump rope, squats, lunges, military drills, boxing drills, relays and circuit courses. 

Our classes are led by knowledgeable fitness instructors who are all CPR certified.  Our trainers always stress safety in workouts and give modifications of exercises according to fitness levels.

To provide our bootcamp members with every tool they need to achieve their goals, we provide a 1500 calorie low fat/low cholesterol meal plan, as well as guidance on setting up their own  Online Nutrition Plan.  A personalized meal plan is created by each participant, dictated by her fitness goals and current stats, and can produce a weekly grocery list. Good nutrition coupled with a regular exercise routine produces the best and quickest weight loss results.  

There are no fad diets or miracle pills here.  We are regular people, giving sound advice, nutritional guidance and fitness training to women of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.  Our staff and other bootcampers are always eager to get to know you and learn about your progress in the program.  We want to hear all about the 2 dress sizes you lost, the stairs you can now climb without being winded and the kudos you received at your last doctor's visit!

Before we forget, there’s no screaming drill sergeant either, only trainers who are totally dedicated to your health, well being and fitness success!

® Better Your Body Bootcamp

Better Your Body Bootcamp offers indoor/outdoor bootcamp classes to women of all ages and fitness levels who are looking to lose weight, tone, reduce stress, increase energy levels and boost their metabolism.  Each bootcamp session is 4 weeks long and meets 3 days per week for 1 hour.
