Better Your Body Bootcamp was started by Hampton resident, Lisa Taylor. A former athlete, active in tennis, step aerobics and weight training, she found herself inactive, overweight, developing high blood pressure and lacking energy. Sound familiar? At the advice of a coworker, she joined a fitness bootcamp in Norfolk and lost 22 pounds in less than 3 months. The phenomenal results she achieved thru Bootcamp inspired Lisa to share the experience with women on the Peninsula, and Better Your Body Bootcamp was born. Better Your Body Bootcamp has hired some of Hampton Roads best personal trainers for the program. They give balanced, full body workouts that incorporate cardio segments interspersed with strength training, for optimum weight loss and conditioning. We’ve structured the bootcamp routine so that women of all ages and abilities can participate and get an optimum workout at their own level.
